Your new role 

This professional will be responsible to control and coordinate the order management process, customer master file maintenance, alignment and follow-up with Warehouse and Distribution to ensure compliance control of order delivery, management and follow-up of customer complaints and service claims. Other taks of the day will be the support sale team and month end closure activities.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a professional with degree or High School complete, with professional experience at least 4 years in customer service in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG. Advanced English skills is mandatory. Is necessary have a strong competency in IT tools (Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM), good communication and organization skills, strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively to meet demands and deadlines.
