Your new role
As a Customer Service Specialist, this person will manage the end-to-end customer order and service lifecycle, from order receipt to fulfillment and invoicing. Will handle replenishments, spot interventions, and backorders, ensuring timely resolution of material shortages and high service levels. This role also includes maintaining accurate customer master data in ERP systems, monitoring inventory discrepancies and returns, supporting stock counts, and working closely with sales teams and logistics partners. You will provide regular reporting and insights on customer portfolio performance and process anomalies.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a professional with a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in customer service in Medical Devices sector. Strong communication skills, adaptability, stress management, and a customer-oriented mindset are essential. Good English skills both written and spoken, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and familiarity with ERP systems are required.
