Role Overview

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic call center team based in Lisbon.

This is a customer-focused role, ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, email, and chat in German
• Provide accurate information and support regarding services, accounts, and general inquiries
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and high-quality customer service
• Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
• Accurately document interactions in internal systems

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1/C2 level)
• Good command of English (B2 or higher)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability
• Basic computer skills and comfort using multiple systems
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends if required
