Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer inquiries across multiple channels
• Document case details and assist with general, pre sales, and technical support
• Escalate complex issues when needed
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve and close cases efficiently

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch and fluent English (minimum B2)
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to explain technical info clearly
• Patience and customer focused mindset
• Proactive, self driven, and team oriented
• Interest in staying updated on IT/tech trends
