Customer Service Representative ( Danish /Swedish Speaker) Malaysia Relocation
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Shift: Rotational (24/7 Support Environment)
About the Role
We are looking for Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a global customer experience team supporting an international platform. You will handle customer queries and provide high-quality support through voice, chat, and email channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Provide accurate solutions and resolve issues efficiently
- Support riders/drivers/customers depending on project scope
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams
- Document all interactions in the system
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish /Swedish + English (mandatory)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work rotational shifts (including weekends/holidays)
- Freshers with strong Danish language skills are welcome
