Adecco is hiring a Customer Service Parts Market Consultant based in Lisbon. The role supports Mitsubishi FUSOs spare parts business across the Americas, ensuring optimal availability and timely delivery in line with annual targets and geopolitical dynamics. The successful candidate will lead the Parts Logistics team, fostering a corporate culture of integrity and compliance while driving revenue growth and market penetration through strategic spare parts management.

What you will Do?

• Propose regional spare parts portfolio to MFTBC Japan, ensuring market needs alignment
• Monitor parts performance, lifecycle, and obsolescence; initiate phase-outs or replacements
• Support global product teams in introducing new parts and optimizing assortment.
• Guide efficient order processing and customer self-service support.
• Develop and implement regional strategies for spare parts to drive revenue growth.
• Responsibilities include supporting market strategies, business plans, and distributor engagement across assigned territories. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business plan and marketing goals while ensuring operational efficiency. 

Your Skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent education
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Parts positions in commercial vehicle business
• Deep understanding of parts logistics at wholesale and retail levels
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills
• Proficiency in English; regional Americas languages preferred
