The role supports the spare parts business across the European region, ensuring optimal availability and timely delivery of parts. Responsibilities include collaborating with Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Corporations headquarters in Japan to align with target commitments and maintain high service levels. The successful candidate will manage supply chain operations, liaise with stakeholders, and uphold compliance with legal and ethical standards.

What you will Do?

• Support the spare parts supply chain and logistics initiatives to ensure high service levels
• Manage warehouse and logistics processes, including receiving, storage, and shipping
• Oversee inventory and quality-related controls and tasks within the warehouse
• Liaise with logistics service providers and vendors to optimize processes and costs
• Conduct business reviews and prepare requests for quotations for required services

Your Skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent education
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in customer service and parts warehouse positions
• Strong knowledge of FUSO products, technologies, and parts operations
• Proficiency in supply chain management and problem-solving skills
• Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese and English; regional European languages preferred
