We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join a dynamic, multicultural team and help deliver exceptional service across the Order to Cash process. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and continuous improvement are key.
What youll do
- Manage customer orders, returns, and special requests in SAP.
- Ensure accurate data and timely deliveries.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
- Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
What were looking for
- 2/3 years of experience in Customer Service, order management, or distribution.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in SAP (preferable) and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- A proactive mindset and sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
