Maximise the performance of the Group by optimising the service delivered to the customer through quality bookings and a complete monitoring. Serving the customer in all its queries and requirements; Inform the customer on any shortcomings based on initial conditions.. Update customer profiles, monitor invoices when cancelled bookings, Check if change is possible and modify all bookings as per customer request in line with corporate guidelines.

Description

As a Customer Service Assistant your main responsibilities will be:

Give guidelines and support Booking teams in GBS on all topics (process, dispute, customer profiles, etc.) if applicable.

Coordinate internally and/or respond to customer queries related to shipment.

Monitor shipment according to customer status and track and trace upon delivery.

Participate to the promotion of relevant products or services when talking to customers.

Contact customers and manage/ coordinate system modifications when needed.

Booking amendments requested by customers, HO or internal departments.

COD managements.

Carrier haulage coordination.

Disputes management.

Manual creation of release orders when needed

Profile

In terms of skills we are looking for a candidate with:

BA Degree in relevant areas;

Proven experience in similar areas;

Shipping knowledge;

Legal and/ or regulatory frame knowledge;

Hygiene, safety, and environment rules;

Advance Portuguese and English;

Software / IT Applications;

Availability to work at the office from 9am to 17:30pm.
