About the project:

You will support customers of a well-known international subscription-based food delivery brand, helping ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Your tasks:

• Support customers via outbound calls, email, and chat
• Help former or inactive subscribers return to the service
• Answer questions about plans, deliveries, subscriptions, and product options
• Provide clear information and resolve issues efficiently

You only need:

• Fluency in Dutch language (must be at least C2)
• Communicative level of English language (at least B2)
• EU citizenship or full working rights

Training:

• Paid training for 6 working days, 8 hours per day

Working conditions:

• Full-time role, 40 hours per week
• Rotational shifts, Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 21:00
• Office-based role in Lisbon

Your rewards:

• Sign-on Bonus: €1,500 gross
• Salary with accommodation: €1,459.32 gross / month
• Salary without accommodation: €1,784.82 gross / month
• Meal allowance included
• Potential productivity bonus: up to €400 gross
