The company you're going to work at: 

Medical company opening Shared Services in Lisbon.

Your new role: 

As part of a dynamic and growing team, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact as a Customers service assistant in this Shared Service Centre. You´ll ensure the accurate and efficient handling of all incoming orders. 

Main tasks:

  • Manage orders from Nordic customers, focusing on Swedish clients;
  • Respond to routine inquiries related to orders, invoices, deliveries, and pricing;
  • Set up customer accounts and assist in preparing for automation;
  • Participate in cross-selling and refer customers to appropriate products or services;
  • Ensure all internal systems and process and compliant on an annual basis.

What you need to be successful:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in customer service / similar role;
  • Strong customer service orientation; 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in Swedish (native preferred);
  • Good oral and written comprehension of Danish;
  • English Fluent; 
  • Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile and Salesforce preferred;
  • Excel Skills;
  • Previous Shared Services professional environment is a nice to have.
