Join team as a Costumer Supporter, where you'll provide top-tier service across multiple platforms, helping to resolve customer issues and build loyalty through exceptional support and communication. This role requires fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work rotating shifts in Lisbon.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email, chat, phone).
  • Act as a passionate advocate for users, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
  • Show empathy towards frustrated users, solving their problems, and addressing unsatisfactory experiences.
  • Build loyalty among new users and re-engage our early adopters.
  • Triage and escalate issues when necessary to ensure swift resolutions.

Perfil desejado

  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
  • High proficiency with computers, including quick navigation between various tools.
  • Exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills, with the ability to understand users' needs and provide accurate responses.
  • Passion for helping others and creating support experiences that exceed user expectations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to find speedy resolutions.
  • Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously to efficiently resolve a large number of inquiries.
  • Atestado de incapacidade above 60%
