Description
The Customer Service will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support through chat, email, and potentially phone interactions;
- Resolve complex customer issues;
- Ensure a positive and inclusive customer experience, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills;
- Perform root cause analysis when needed and suggest process improvements;
- Work within a stable, well-documented line of business with low ambiguity.
Profile
They are looking for candidates with the following profile:
- Available for candidates with Certificate of Incapacity;
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (either in-person or in a contact center environment);
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously;
- Comfort in operating across different customer service modalities (chat, email, and phone);
- Proficiency in Portuguese;
- A good level of English;
- Available to work in shifts;
- Attention to detail and accuracy in communication;
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically when investigating issues;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues;
- Emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds;
- Timeliness and efficiency in managing workload and responsibilities.
