Our client is a renowned transportation company that is recruiting a Customer Service to join their offices in Lisbon. As a Customer Service, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, providing timely and empathetic support. You will work on a well-structured line of business with clear procedures to ensure an efficient and high-quality service experience.

Description

The Customer Service will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support through chat, email, and potentially phone interactions;
  • Resolve complex customer issues;
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive customer experience, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills;
  • Perform root cause analysis when needed and suggest process improvements;
  • Work within a stable, well-documented line of business with low ambiguity.

Profile

They are looking for candidates with the following profile:

  • Available for candidates with Certificate of Incapacity;
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (either in-person or in a contact center environment);
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously;
  • Comfort in operating across different customer service modalities (chat, email, and phone);
  • Proficiency in Portuguese;
  • A good level of English;
  • Available to work in shifts;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in communication;
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically when investigating issues;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues;
  • Emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds;
  • Timeliness and efficiency in managing workload and responsibilities.
