?? What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage key customer accounts with autonomy and care
Handle complex inquiries with efficiency and empathy
Monitor orders, deliveries, and product availability
Collaborate with internal teams and sales to ensure smooth operations
Support financial processes like invoicing and credit notes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
?? What We’re Looking For:
Higher education (preferred)
At least 3 years of experience in customer service or similar roles
Fluent in English; French or German is a plus
Proficient in Excel, Word, and ERP systems
Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and team spirit
