Job description
Involves liaising online and by telephone with external/internal clients within the financial area and completing any administrative service.

Credit and collections;
Invoicing;

Requisitos:
Profile:
Completed secondary school or university degree;
Experience: 1-3 years in collections and customer care;
Fluency in English (B2) and/or Spanish (B2), French (B2)/ German (B2)/ Italian (B2)/ Dutch (B2)/ Nordic (B2)
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Numerical skills;
Teamwork skills;
Written and verbal communication skills.

Oferta:
Working hours:
Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm.
Offer:
Direct employment contract with the client company;
Hybrid timetable: 3 days in the office and 2 from home (after training):
