Our client is a leading brand in the European appliance market and a global brand sold in over 130 countries to over 400 million customers worldwide.

Our client opened their first office in Lisbon and is looking for a Customer Care Manager to start the department in Portugal.


The main responsibilities will be:

Coordination of the service network;

Collaborate with the company to plan and carry out Service and Call Center Training's and documentation;

Support locally Call Center management (contract, KPI's, procedures, etc);

Management of the Return process;

Service network support to solve difficult repairs or problems with products or customers;

Collaborate in reporting all important technical incidents (Repeated repairs, Quality defect, documentation errors , spare parts, etc) using the corresponding channels;

Claim Management. Management of claims received from end users, clients or Sales Agents through any of the actual or future channels (telepohone, Call center, email, web, SM, etc);

Support to any colleague of Customer care department or other department to fulfil company's targets.


The ideal candidate will have:

BA Degree in relevant areas;

At least 5 years of experience working as Customer Care or Service Manager;

Good communications skills;

Multitasking skills;

Fluency in English is mandatory;

Ability to manage reports and conduct analysis;

Client oriented profile.
