The Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) will lead strategic initiatives to drive organisational change and innovation within this financial group in Porto. This role requires expertise in overseeing transformation processes that align IT and Digital with strategic business goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Description

A successful Chief Transformation Officer must have:

• Define and implement digital transformation strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives.
• Lead organisational change and innovation initiatives related to: IT, Automation, Data Management, Project Management, Digitalism, CRM & ERP.
• Manage complex transformation projects to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure the integration of strategic changes.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of digital transformation and automation initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with organisational changes.
• Ensure effective communication of transformation initiatives to all stakeholders.
• Analyse trends in the financial sector and incorporate innovative practices.

Profile

A successful Chief Transformation Officer should have:

• Proven experience in leading organisational transformation processes (IT, Automation, Data Management, Project Management, Digitalism, CRM & ERP management).
• Previous experience as Chief Information Officer, Chief Tecnhology Officer, IT Director, PMO, Portefolio Manager;
• Masters Degree, MBA or Degree on information technologies added with significant similar role experience.
• Knowledge of the financial services sector (preference).
• The ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong communication and change management skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluent english and portuguese.
