Excel Technical Consulting are currently seeking a Crew Wellbeing Support Lead for an exciting permanent opportunity based in Portugal for a prestigious executive jet client to oversee and manage the wellbeing/safety for flight and cabin crew in various sites across the globe. The position itself is part of a newly established department, responsible for implementing and developing the processes to monitor and provide safety management for their crew members, to ensure the health and wellbeing for personnel, as well as offering guidance and support for those who need it.

The successful candidate for this position will have knowledge and/or experience within aviation, ideally in safety or human factors capacity, and a degree in a relevant field such as Safety or Psychology.

The right person for this position will be empathetic, able to handle difficult personal situations and support those who need it, and the professionalism to be comfortable liaising with external stakeholders and regulators.

Our client is offering an annual basic salary of around €54k per year, plus an attractive personalised benefits package.
