Our client is an international Financial Institution that is recruiting a Credit Risk and Impairment Analyst (m/f/d).

Your new role

As a Credit Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and improving credit decision models, including risk scoring models
• Monitoring portfolio Credit Risk levels, identifying opportunities and issuing alerts, while continually helping develop Credit Risk Key Performance Indicators
• Maintaining and improving existing impairment models
• Monitoring operational processes and proposing changes to limit threats to Credit Risk

What you'll need to succeed 

• Excellent academic track record in Economics, Management, Engineering or Mathematics
• Prior experience in Credit Risk for the banking industry or in Auditing, preferably in a BIG4 Consultancy Company 
• Prior experience using tools for Data Analysis (SQL, SAS, others)
• Very strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Good English skills
• Ability to develop meaningful and constructive work connections in and out of the Credit Risk area
• High degree of autonomy and goal-orientation
• Proactive and curious
• Team-oriented and a clear communicator
• Organized and goal-oriented
• Reliable and ambitious
