Your new rol.

  • Daily registers of all customer receipts keeping the accounts always up to date.
  • Follow up on customers through daily contacts by phone and email.
  • Interact with external customers and, where appropriate, take the necessary steps to resolve sues.
  • Maintain the payment terms of customers correctly.
  • Perform the initial credit assessment of clients under team leader supervision
  • Carry out the Quality process in the Permanent Business Unit. 
  • Keep the records in the software up to date.
  • Keep the records in the department files up to date. 
  • Interdepartmental interaction for problem solving with team leader support.
  • Establish contact with consultants and managers when necessary.
  • Deal effectively and professionally with internal customers.
  • Perform all administrative work related to the function and the credit control and collection department.
  • Identify and report any issue that may involve delay in receiving by attracting the attention of Team Leader or Manager.

About your technical skills.

  • Experience in area relevant to the function.
  • Knowledge of Office (Excel is mandatory), Outlook and Internet.
  • Independent level of Portuguese.
  • Fluent Italian (mandatory).
