Sodexo is currently implementing a Shared Services Center in Porto that will support several countries across Europe with the processes of Record to Report, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Master Data, Training & Continuous Improvement, among others. Sodexo Finance Shared Service Center is recent, fastly growing with many new context in scope. This creates two issues, the SSC leadership team less and less available for each country and coping with increased volume and complexity brought by new introduced countries.

You will be responsible for:

  • Build personal relationship with Country CFO and teams, as well as with each Shared Service Center domain leader (MDM, P2P, R2R, O2C)

  • Have an overall end-to-end understanding how R2R, O2C, P2P services are executed in country and in Shared service center, to appropriately decide the right balance between service standardization (for process/cost/control improvement) vs customization, to adapt to local country needs

  • Motivated to attract new extension from countries and maximize Shared Service reputations

  • Organize and lead governance between Shared Service and country to present Process performances, issues and mitigation actions

  • Address all non-transactional and/or multi-process country actions, completing current domain-country relation for transactional tasks

  • With the help of Shared service center head, coordinate shared service center special project implementation (hypercare phases, workload peak crisis, tool/process changes….)

What you'll need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in a finance Shared Service Center

  • Operational experience in O2C, P2P, R2R process execution from a back-office

  • Financial background

  • Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders

  • Fluent in English and French
