From Transglory, NVOCC logistics company that belongs to Romeu, an international logistics group with more than 150 years of history, we are looking for a Country Manager for our Portugal Branch, with offices in Porto and Lisboa.

The Country Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the branch in all aspects related to our shipping business, including:

• Definition and execution of sales strategy and acquisition of national and international customers;
• Team management
• Contacts and negotiations with partners
• Reporting of activities and results and monthly projections

Requirements:

- Minimum professional experience of 5 years in a management / team leader role on a freight forwarding or shipping company in the area of maritime cargo. Candidatures without experenciece in the logistic industry will not be considered

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- A true hunter-type salesperson with obvious hunger, passion, and people skills

- Excellent communication skills, negotiation and focus on results;

- Good command on English language (spoken and written). Understanding of Spanish will be a preferential factor;

-Driving license
