Corporate Strategy Manager | Strategy Consulting Firm

We are recruiting a Corporate Strategy Manager for an international strategy consulting firm. This opportunity is suited to a professional with experience in strategy development and implementation, project leadership and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client projects and engagement teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for continued collaboration.
• Support business development by preparing client meetings, developing proposals and identifying new project opportunities.
• Develop and implement business strategies through market analysis, customer research and portfolio optimisation.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout each engagement, from defining the scope to presenting final recommendations.
• Manage diverse and international teams, fostering collaboration and a sustainable working environment.
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues, supporting their professional development and integration into the team.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives that strengthen the firms visibility and market positioning.
• Support recruitment by identifying and assessing potential team members.

Candidate profile

• Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in strategy consulting, including project management and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of strategy development and implementation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical business recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience managing client relationships.
• Commercial awareness and experience contributing to business development.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English.
