Descrição da Função

Adecco Recruitment is seeking for a Corporate Quality HSE Manager for a multinational manufacturing of electrical and electronic devices in Portugal.

Job responsibilities

- Develops corporate Quality vision, strategy, policies and procedures in line with corporate strategy and supervises its implementation and standardization in order to meet companys objectives in terms of Quality, Health and Safety and customer requirements;

- Supports the implementation of an integrated QEH&S Management Systems and ensures its compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and other applicable Management standards. Reviews and maintains group quality documents under updated revision;

- Defines, maintains and assures standardization of up-to-date suitable control plans, related instructions and methods in accordance with Quality & customers requirements, standards and internal specifications.

- Consolidates relevant main actions to be standardized for the group regarding potential deviations. Coordinates and communicates defined improvement plans with stakeholders;

- Reviews & approves global audits planning of system, manufacturing process, certification and coordinates the global customers audit dates and agenda. Oversees audit realization, reviews, and validates reports, monitors action plans effective and efficient deployment.

 

Requirements

- Masters degree in Quality Management/Assurance, manufacturing engineering, industrial and technical fields (mechanic & electric);

- 10 years in similar position in industrial environment (automotive sector is desired);

- Strong knowledge in wire manufacturing processes and associated technologies, Quality & EHS standards, Automotive OEM standards, Audits techniques (example VDA), Quality tools (PFMEA, SPC, MSA, Ishikawa, PPAP, 8D, 5 Whys, etc.), Analytical and problem-solving skills, Budgeting & Cost estimating, Project Management, Risk Assessment techniques, Customer relationship management;

- MS Office Softwares (Excel, Words, PPT, MS Project) MES and ERP applications;

- English Fluent;

- Communication, Building Relationships, Self Development, Managing Performance, Personal Effectiveness, Business Skills, Leading people, Developing others.
