Our client is a leading multinational company in the financial sector, with a strong global presence and a long-standing reputation for innovation and excellence. To support this growth, the company is recruiting a Corporate Lawyer to join its Legal & Compliance Department.
| | | | The professional will provide legal, compliance, and regulatory support to national teams, ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with applicable internal and external standards. Will also be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with IT Service Providers and internal clients, as well as negotiating agreements required for the IT Center’s operations. The role also involves identifying and assessing legal and regulatory risks and proposing effective mitigation measures. Furthermore, the Corporate Lawyer will establish and manage workflows between the IT Center, service providers, and group entities, while developing and implementing GDPR requirements to ensure compliance with data protection regulations. | | Profile:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law;
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a lawyer in a technology company or law firm focused on IT;
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating IT contracts;
• Strong expertise in licensing, liability and limitation, IP rights, export control, data protection, and IT security;
• Experience with regulatory requirements applicable to the financial sector (outsourcing, IT security, BCM);
• Background in Compliance;
• Advanced level of English;
• Availability to travel occasionally between national offices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
