We're Hiring: Corporate Health & Safety Coordinator Constructel Visabeira

We are looking for a Corporate Health & Safety Coordinator to lead our global Centre of Competence and work side-by-side with the Health & Safety Directors of all Constructel Visabeira operations, across Europe and the United States.

What will you do?

• Coordinate the Corporate Health & Safety Centre of Competence.
• Collaborate directly with H&S leaders across all countries and business units.
• Analyse incidents and near-miss cases, promote shared learning, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop corporate action plans that respect the reality and needs of each operation.
• Prepare and deliver the monthly corporate H&S report.
• Engage with major clients in the Energy and Telecommunications sectors to ensure alignment and best-practice implementation.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in Health & Safety in technical field-service sectors (Energy and/or Telecommunications).
• Strong analytical mindset, collaborative spirit, and genuine passion for people's safety.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and build trusting relationships across different countries.
