Dynamic group focused on the hospitality management area, is looking for a Corporate Controller to join the team. This person will report directly to the CEO, playing a crucial role in overseeing the financial processes at a corporate level.

Description

• Create, implement, and oversee cost control strategies to enhance financial performance within the hospitality industry.
• Perform routine internal audits to ensure compliance, recognize financial vulnerabilities, and suggest efficient resolutions for managing those risks.
• Work together with different divisions to refine financial processes and pinpoint chances for cost reduction.
• Generate thorough reports on financial performance, discrepancies in costs, and audit discoveries for senior executives and stakeholders.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar areas.
• Demonstrated track record in corporate cost control, internal auditing, or similar financial positions within the construction or hospitality sector.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality or construction areas.
• Thorough comprehension of financial regulations, accounting fundamentals, and internal control standards.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in pertinent software and financial management applications.
• Must be collaborative and work effectively within a team.
