Role Overview


We are seeking a Conversion Agent. This role primarily focuses on servicing new Retail Clients by managing client lifecycle - from onboarding to First Time Deposit. Collaboration with internal stakeholders across Customer support, Trading Operations, Payments is essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities


• Assist new Clients with first deposit and guide through the platform.

• Nurture client relationship though multy-channel communication.

• Implement effective strategies to increase client conversion.

• Assist Client with payment methods, queries and requests.

• Create reliable first impression with Retail clients.

• Upsell relevant products based on client behaviour and preferences.

• Provide educational support to enhance clients' Forex trading skills.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM system.

• Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory and internal standards.

• Deliver a premium service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Consistently meet/exceed KPIs.

• Uphold high standards of professional conduct in all client interactions.

• Complete assigned tasks within the required time frame and at a high standard.

• Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.

• Cultivate trust and rapport with clients to enhance long-term relationship.


Essential Skills & Experience


• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and English;

• Strong understanding of FX & CFD products.

• Experience in Sales and/or Client Support roles minimum 6 months.

• Self-motivated and target driven.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience Proficiency in CRM system.

• Ability to adapt to change quickly and effectively.
