We are looking for talent to sustain our growth and maintain a clear focus on new fashion technologies and, in this context, we are currently looking for a Controlling Assistant to work in the city of Lisbon.
Are you willing to take these responsibilities?
• Monitoring of KPI's on a monthly basis and report it to the regions;
• Analysis of KPI's and suggest ways of improving measures;
• Development of forecasts and supplementary planning to ensure attainment of financial goals;
• Reporting of results in a monthly basis;
• Budget executions in a monthly basis;
• Business reconciliation (revenue and costs) between management and accounts fingers;
• Cost approval and ensure region/BU budget targets;
• Monitoring new business opportunities;
• Follow-up to management business opportunities and commercial sales.
Do you fit with the profile we are looking for?
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance required;
• 0 - 2 years of experience;
• Detail oriented with high level of accuracy;
• Ability to work in a team environment; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• Strong Analytical skills, self-motivated and responsible;
• Pro-active and Challenges Oriented;
• Excellent Excel skills, and proficient in English; Spanish a plus.
