The Controlling & Finance Analytics Manager will oversee financial analysis and reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial insights to support decision-making.
Description
Managing day-to-day operational controlling processes (MTP, forecasting), including data collection, reporting, accruals, allocations, and reconciliations;
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data delivered to Local and Divisional Controlling teams;
Supervise the preparation of standardized reports, KPIs, and dashboards for internal management and divisional reporting;
Coordinate with Local and Divisional Controlling to ensure alignment of reporting formats, processes, and schedules;
Monitor service quality and operational performance of the company controlling processes, implementing improvements where needed;
Lead automation and process standardization initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline workflows;
Manage and develop the company controlling team, ensuring adequate skills, clear responsibilities, and high performance;
Serve as a point of escalation for operational issues within the group, resolving data discrepancies or reporting challenges;
Ensure compliance with finance policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements in all delivered outputs;
Collaborate with IT, process excellence, and other support functions to optimize processes and tools;
Act as Resource Manager, overseeing workforce planning, role allocation, and capacity management to ensure the right resources are available for business priorities.
Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
Experience in Controlling, Financial Reporting, or FP&A;
Previous experience in a managerial or team lead role;
Strong knowledge of MTP, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes;
Solid understanding of accruals, allocations, reconciliations, and financial controls;
Experience managing operational controlling or shared service environments;
Strong leadership and people management skills;
Experience in process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives;
Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and reporting tools (Power BI or similar);
Strong stakeholder management across Finance, IT, and business functions;
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
