Adecco is recruiting a Controller for a Management Control role for a higher education institution in business and economics with an international student population. The position provides administrative and operational support to strategic education initiatives, ensuring effective project coordination, structured follow-up, and timely execution of activities.

What You Will Do?

 Provide administrative, financial, and reporting support to projects developed by the Universitys Knowledge Centers and Institutes.

Support budget preparation, contractual validation, and compliance with fiscal and parafiscal regulations, including VAT and social security contributions (TSU).

Monitor financial execution throughout the project lifecycle and support compliant project closure.

Act as a liaison between Knowledge Centers and central services (HR, Legal), ensuring coordination and operational alignment.

Analyze financial data and produce clear reports and KPIs to support strategic and operational decision-making.
