Position Overview


As a key member of the Finance Department, the Financial Administrative position plays a cross-functional role supporting all entities within the Ubuntu group. This position is responsible for overseeing daily financial and administrative operations, ensuring efficient budget management, accurate financial reporting, and effective internal and external coordination. Working closely with departments such as Accounting, Sales, Production, and HR-as well as external stakeholders like banks and accounting firms-the role is vital to the financial health and operational coherence of the organization.


Key Responsibilities1. Financial Analysis & Planning

  • Budget Development & Forecasting: Prepare comprehensive budgets and financial projections based on historical data and upcoming projects across group entities.
  • Sales & Expense Analysis: Perform regular performance analyses (weekly, monthly, annually) to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • KPI Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting: Generate and present timely financial reports to leadership and relevant teams.
  • Cash Flow Oversight: Support the management of liquidity needs and anticipate funding requirements.


2. Expense Control & Financial Reporting

  • Expense Management: Review and validate expense claims and reimbursement requests for all group entities.
  • Dashboards & Reports: Prepare and maintain financial dashboards and analytical tools to monitor performance.
  • Variance Analysis: Investigate discrepancies between forecasts and actuals, and recommend corrective actions.


3. Internal & External Coordination

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to ensure unified financial practices and information flow.
  • Partner Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for external financial partners (e.g., auditors, banks, insurers).
  • Process Optimization: Contribute to the implementation of digital tools and systems to streamline financial operations (e.g., e-invoicing, automation).


4. Accounting & Administrative Support

  • Accounting Entries: Assist in updating and verifying accounting records in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Support the reconciliation of bank accounts and validation of financial records.
  • Document Management: Organize and archive financial documentation to meet audit and compliance standards.


Candidate Profile Education & Experience

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Bac+2 to Bac+5 or equivalent).
  • Prior experience in financial administration, accounting, or controlling (entry-level accepted).

Technical Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP or accounting software is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis and cash management best practices.
