Your new Company

A leading global company that develops advanced vehicle heating, cooling, roof, and battery systems to enhance comfort and drive sustainable mobility is looking for an Controller & Statutory Reporting (m/f/d).

Your new role

The Controller will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and transparency across the organization. 

Responsibilities

• Financial Forecasting & Analysis – P&L, balance sheets forecasts and cash flow forecasts;
• Reporting & Compliance - ensure compliance with both IFRS and local GAAP standards, oversee the statutory accounts and support internal and external audits; 
• Controlling & Process Optimization – monitor and control budgets, identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements; 
• Strategic Support – support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and risk assessment and act as the finance business partner to GBS service lines and operational teams. 

What you need to be successful

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance roles within multinational or GBS;
• Strong experience with SAP FI/CO modules, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) and professional Power Point;
• Solid understanding and application of both IFRS and local GAAP standards;
• Proven track record in P&L, B/S, and cash flow forecasting;
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities;
• Ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial audiences;
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement;
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
