A growing company is looking to integrate a Senior Business Controller into its structure to support the company's growth.

Description

• Preparation of monthly management, financial, and operational reports
• Support in the monthly closing of accounts and comparative analysis with the budget
• Analysis of budget variances and performance indicators
• Evaluation of costs, provisions, and profitability margins
• Prepare and manage the annual budget
• Preparation of the management report and collaboration on the annual report and accounts
• Collaboration in the creation of processes and procedures
• Support the decision-making process by providing relevant inputs and analysis

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or similar
• 7-10 years of experience as a business controller
• Previous experience in healthcare or industrial sectors is a plus
• Strong financial analysis knowledge
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Pro-active and autonomous attitude
• Fluent level of Portuguese and English
