Contract Drafting & Management – Reviewing client framework agreements and preparing tailored contract templates; managing the full contract workflow in the internal system;
Contract Administration – Sending out contracts and agreements daily, ensuring precision and timely processing;
Contract Updates & Adjustments – Correcting, updating, and adapting agreements and templates as needed;
Signature Coordination – Ensuring contracts are sent for signature and finalized by all required parties;
Data & System Management – Maintaining and updating contract-related information across internal platforms;
Document Handling – Archiving agreements and documentation in accordance with internal policies;
Legal & Compliance Collaboration – Working closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulations and internal standards;
Stakeholder Support – Assisting account managers, consultants, suppliers, and clients with contract-related inquiries and system access;
Cross-Team Collaboration – Cooperating with various teams within the Group to optimize and standardize contract workflows;
Reporting & Insights – Supporting the development of contract reporting and contributing to process analysis and improvements.
