We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Project Manager to join our team.


This role plays a key part in driving process optimization, promoting operational efficiency, and supporting transformation initiatives across multiple business lines. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement Lean practices, and ensure smooth project delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


What you'll do:

  • Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives within Operations.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise in Lean methodology and project management.
  • Coach and guide teams on process optimization and efficiency best practices.
  • Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Conduct workflow analysis to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Recommend process redesigns aligned with operational excellence standards.
  • Support change initiatives and transformation programs across departments.
  • Collaborate with business and functional teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.


? Technical skills you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in process improvement and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt certification is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Previous exposure to financial or operational environments preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally if required.
