We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Project Manager to join our team.
This role plays a key part in driving process optimization, promoting operational efficiency, and supporting transformation initiatives across multiple business lines. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement Lean practices, and ensure smooth project delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll do:
- Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives within Operations.
- Provide subject-matter expertise in Lean methodology and project management.
- Coach and guide teams on process optimization and efficiency best practices.
- Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Conduct workflow analysis to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
- Recommend process redesigns aligned with operational excellence standards.
- Support change initiatives and transformation programs across departments.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
? Technical skills you'll bring:
- Proven experience in process improvement and project management.
- Strong knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt certification is a plus).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Previous exposure to financial or operational environments preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally if required.
