Currently, we have 3 workshops in the north of Portugal, more specifically, in Ponte de Lima, Penafiel and Santa Maria da Feira. Are you ready to be our next Continuous Improvement Engineer?

We're looking for a dynamic individual to enhance and optimize our production standards and line efficiency across our workshop. In this role, you will:

• Drive significant improvements in manufacturing efficiency through the application of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies;
• Play a key role in developing robust processes and procedures, swiftly resolving real-time manufacturing challenges, and meticulously documenting information for audit compliance;
• You will work side-by-side with team leaders to define operating methods, optimize production flows, assess equipment needs, and create essential support materials. Your role will involve identifying necessary
• Cultivate a strong culture of benchmarking and networking among our various workshops;
• Ensure that all improvement initiatives and production line setups adhere to the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental responsibility. You will champion continuous improvement projects focused on ergonomics and overall well-being, collaborating with relevant specialists to maintain a safe and high-quality work environment.

Is this position made for you?

You're an industrial production and continuous improvement engineer with a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles and tools. You're passionate about hands-on process optimization directly on the shop floor. Your strong analytical skills and excellent logical reasoning are complemented by exceptional communication abilities. Fluency in French or English is required.
