What You'll Do

• Review and moderate user-generated content (text, audio, video) to ensure platform safety
• Investigate and resolve flagged issues with precision and empathy
• Stay up to date with evolving client policies and guidelines
• Advocate for user safety and contribute to process improvements
• Engage in sensitive topic discussions with professionalism and care
• Participate in ongoing training and well-being programs

What You Bring

• Italian (C1+) and English (B2+) proficiency
• Strong emotional resilience and stress management skills
• Sharp attention to detail and critical thinking
• Cultural awareness of social and political dynamics in supported regions
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18+, with a valid work permit and completed compulsory education
• Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or BPO is a plus
