Your new role
This role is responsible for developing compelling and educational marketing content tailored to the medical field. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of content creation, an ability to translate complex medical concepts into accessible language, and experience in multimedia content development.
Develop engaging and informative content for blogs, articles, email campaigns, website pages, and marketing materials with a focus on medical topics
Collaborate closely with product and education teams to understand complex medical information and translate it into clear, digestible, and engaging content for various audiences
Lead the development of multimedia content including videos, infographics, and visual assets to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and social media engagement
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and compliance standards within the medical industry
Manage content calendars and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and campaign goals
Monitor content performance and optimize based on analytics and feedback
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; background in medical or healthcare content is a plus
Language Requirement: Near-native fluency in English is essential, as all content will be created in English and must sound perfectly natural to native speakers. Additional languages are a plus
Proven 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects from initiation to roll-out with hands-on capacity
Knowledge in multimedia content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
