We are looking for a qualified and motivated Web Operations Specialist to join our Digital Team!


Your Mission:

As part of the Digital Team, you will be responsible for revamping the B2B section of our website. For this critical task, you will work hand-in-hand both with the Digital Team and with the B2B Marketing Team.

In your role, you will lead the transformation and revamp of the B2B website (Business Customers) with the goal of driving online sales, increasing lead generation and revenue generation for the B2B department. You will play a crucial role in optimizing the online customer experience by restructuring the current website structure, create new content, and implement SEO strategies, among others.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of e-commerce principles and online customer behaviour. Experience in the telecommunications sector and/or business segment is a plus.


Your duties:

  • Lead workshops & meetings to define the website strategy for B2B, understanding the market and business needs
  • Carry out analysis and benchmarks of other telecommunication players for B2B
  • Create concept and structure for the new / revamped B2B website, utilizing the components available on our website
  • Define the SEO strategy for B2B
  • Together with the B2B Marketing team, create new content or improve existing one, as well as coordinate the translations in 4 languages for the content
  • Implement end2end the content and design modifications on the website, in 4 different languages
  • Regularly update the websites for B2B, following the commercial roadmap
  • Carry out end2end testing and quality testing on the website to ensure funnel consistency
  • Define improvements on the B2B eShop in order to increase online conversion
  • Deliver and execute on new ideas to improve the customers' experience and customer journeys on our websites, with a customer-oriented approach & communication
  • Carry out testing on the website before new technical roll-outs, to ensure that new components or functionalities are working correctly
  • On request, participate on CMS roll-outs to push the newest development to production and validate success
  • Collaborate closely with our UX(UI design to provide inputs and ideas on how to improve our websites across brands
  • Together with analytics, build, execute and follow up the improvement plan to fight against any conversion killer & work on continuously improving conversion rate across brands & products
  • Work together and ensure strong collaboration with IT, developers, B2B and marketing team members


What you bring:

  • 3+ experience on a similar position, with CMS and multi-language content management for websites
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms. Drupal would be an asset.
  • A deep knowledge of Digital Marketing and e-commerce environment, with sales mindset.
  • Proven successful experience in conversion optimisation and digital marketing.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high pace environment and under time pressure
  • Ability to cooperate and work with many different personalities and stakeholders across different departments
  • Data-driven personality, continuous improvement mindset and customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to get your hands dirty and step out of job description to "get things done"
  • Knowledge of agile and experience working in agile are an asset
  • Telecommunications industry and/or B2B sector experience is a plus
  • Mastery in English required. Any other language of our website is a strong asset (French, German, English, Italian).
