Your New Role
As an SAP FI/CO Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for business support. Your responsibilities will include creating, optimising, and enhancing interfaces, as well as resolving any issues that arise. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions for IT system integration, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with a strong IT team to find solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the rollout of the SAP solution across various plants, and provide ongoing support for companies already using the solution.
- Understand and read ABAP code, including Z-Code, and debug client-specific code.
- Collaborate with the support and project team to ensure system operationality, implement improvements, and continue the rollout of the SAP template.
- Approach activities and projects proactively and in a structured manner.
- Balance hands-on work with a comprehensive understanding of the big picture.
- Build relationships with various parts of the company, other consultants, key users, and end users.
- Possess strong knowledge in areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Assets, Cash Management, General Procurement, and Invoice Verification.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Over 6 years of hands-on experience with SAP (ECC 6) in project environments and support activities.
- Knowledge of S4/HANA, preferably with migration project experience from ECC 6.
- Solid experience in SAP FI/CO.
- Understanding of integration from SD and MM to FI.
- Expert-level understanding of the SAP product suite.
- Extensive experience with SAP configuration.
- Experience of defining business requirements and writing functional design documentation.
- The ability to read and debug ABAP code, including Z-Code.
