Principais responsabilidades

• Act as the client's representative in supervising the project, ensuring that all parties involved (inspection and contractor) meet the required standards of quality, time, and cost;
• Manage and monitor all contractual aspects between the client and suppliers, ensuring that contractual obligations are met and resolving any disputes effectively;
• Handle licensing processes and other bureaucratic matters associated with the project, ensuring compliance with all regulations;
• Support the inspection team and coordinate with the contractor on technical issues, having a clear understanding of the on-site execution of the work.

Perfil desejado

• Minimum 5 years of experience in site management roles;
• Experience in building construction;
• Experience in the hospitality sector is a plus;
• Experience in managing licensing processes is a plus;
• Fluency in English;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is valued.
