• Ensure the verification of the execution of the work in accordance with the execution project, and compliance with the conditions of the license, as well with the legal and regulatory.
• Request technical assistance of project coordinator and project authors, whenever necessary to ensure the conformity and/or compliance of the Project's execution, being obliged to record this fact and the respective circumstances in the workbook.

Description

• Ensure the verification of the execution of the work in accordance with the execution project, and compliance with the conditions of the license, as well with the legal and regulatory standards in force.
• Request technical assistance of project coordinator and project authors, whenever necessary to ensure the conformity and/or compliance of the Project's execution with any legal or regulatory standards in force, being obliged to record this fact and the respective circumstances in the workbook.
• Immediately communicate to the Client (us) and the project coordinator any technical deficiency found in the project or the need to change it for its correct execution.
• Report to the Client, as well as to the coordinator responsible for safety and health, whenever the law so requires, situations whenever detected during the execution of the construction works that compromise safety, quality, contracted price, and compliance with the scheduled deadline.
• Ensure that the effective execution of the work of the different specialties is carried out by qualified technicians.
• Comply with the duties imposed by law, namely by the Portuguese Legal Regime for Urbanization and Construction (hereinafter "RJUE") and respective regulatory decrees, as well other legal and regulatory standards in force.

Profile

A successful Construction Manager should have:

• Proven experience managing projects in the Construction industry.
• 5 to 10 of overall professional experience
• Strong knowledge of Construction methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English;.
• A degree in civil engineering.
