About LandingPad

LandingPad is a boutique real estate group specialising in construction, brokerage, and proprietary investments. Our design-led construction projects range from renovations to new builds, including townhouses, apartment buildings, quintas, and villas. The team currently includes 10 construction managers with backgrounds in architecture and civil engineering, 65 in-house foremen and site workers, and a network of specialist subcontractors. Many projects are delivered as design + build, with external architects and designers working directly alongside our project team.

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Construction Manager to join our on-site team in Lisbon. The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, with direct responsibility for the execution of residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and external consultants, and will be involved throughout all stages of construction, from planning through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Full management of construction projects, from planning to completion;
• Coordination of technical teams, subcontractors, and external partners;
• Monitoring on-site execution, conducting technical visits, and participating in project meetings;
• Supervision of maintenance activities for existing properties;
• Management and negotiation with suppliers and service providers.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field;
• 5 to 7 years of experience in construction project management (residential and/or commercial);
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
• Strong knowledge of digital tools and project management software;
• Proactive, organised profile with a strong results-oriented mindset.
