The Opportunity 
We are looking for a talented Compliance Specialist to join a dynamic global team. 
This role is key to ensuring that the organization operates ethically and in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across multiple markets.

Your New Role 
As a Compliance Specialist, you will support the Global Head of Compliance in executing the global compliance program. 
You will contribute to risk management, due diligence processes, and compliance monitoring, while providing guidance on regulatory matters and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting in the design, communication, and maintenance of the global compliance program;
• Conducting risk assessments in key compliance areas such as anti-bribery and corruption, trade sanctions, export controls, and competition law;
• Providing technical guidance on compliance topics, including third-party risk management and investigations;
• Maintaining compliance registers and training logs (conflicts of interest, gifts, and entertainment);
• Supporting the global network of Ethics & Compliance Champions;
• Contributing to reporting and disclosure requirements;
• Collaborating with legal and internal audit teams on compliance matters.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
• 1–3 years of experience in compliance, investigations, or third-party management;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in English (verbal and written);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI);
• Knowledge of third-party due diligence systems (e.g., LSEG/Refinitiv) and trade sanctions.
