Your new role 

As a Compliance Officer, you will act as a strategic partner to the Country Lead and business units, enabling ethical decision-making and smart risk navigation. You will support the implementation of compliance frameworks, adapt global policies to local needs, and provide expert guidance on Code of Practice and HCP/HCO interactions.

• Advising on compliance matters and supporting ethical business practices
• Implementing and localising compliance frameworks and SOPs
• Driving process simplification and cross-cluster harmonisation
• Promoting a culture of integrity and risk awareness
• Acting as Country Privacy Steward and ensuring data protection compliance
• Monitoring compliance metrics and supporting audits and assessments

What you'll need to succeed 

• University degree
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in compliance, audit, legal, or finance. Preference in the healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of local laws, industry codes, and international standards
• Proven project and change management experience
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical infrastructure and compliance frameworks
• Strong analytical and advisory capabilities
• Ability to simplify complex processes and drive efficiency
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• High cultural awareness and diplomacy
