Our client, a multinational leader in its sector, is strengthening its Legal Compliance & Data Protection structure and is now recruiting a Data & Compliance Administrator to join a high-impact global team.
Your New Role
Reporting to a Senior Legal Counsel and collaborating daily with a global Compliance & Data Privacy network, you will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and improving the organisation’s compliance and data protection tools and processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the administrator of Compliance and Data Protection tools (e.g., managing users, profiles, batch uploads, false-positive reviews).
- Providing technical assistance to users and liaising with internal/external IT support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Supporting updates, enhancements, and upgrades together with the tools’ providers.
- Preparing and updating user documentation, guidelines, manuals, videos, and training materials.
- Collecting data, KPIs, and metrics to support global reporting and decision-making.
- Monitoring the progress of Compliance & Data Privacy initiatives, highlighting delays or deviations.
- Scheduling and supporting meetings for global Compliance & Data Protection communities (invitations, agenda preparation, notes, follow-up actions).
- Drafting or updating procedures and process documentation.
What You Need to Succeed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience administering Compliance and/or Data Protection tools.
- Strong command of Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables), PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and forms/tools supporting data management.
- Good analytical mindset with the ability to build KPI dashboards, reports and presentations.
- Organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team collaborator.
- Adaptability to new systems, tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; French is a plus.
