Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:

• The Complaint Analyst role will have responsibility to support the intake, processing and investigation of product complaints from International Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzes Product Complaints and works with customer service and distribution partners to gather data for complaint investigations.
• Performs initial complaint investigation and failure mode assessment
• Supports complaint trending and reporting to support product quality teams and post-market surveillance requirements

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Development and Manufacturing (mandatory requirement)
• Ability to speak fluent English and French

Desired Characteristics:

• Strong Communication Skills
• Post Secondary Degree Preferred
