You will be joining a leading global company in the logistics sector.

Your New Role

You will be responsible for managing and processing claims related to damages during the transport of both new and used vehicles. Your role will include analyzing and processing customer and supplier claims, identifying liabilities, and ensuring end-to-end claims. You will also monitor the transportation of damaged vehicles, validate disputed purchase invoices, and, if necessary, initiate legal proceedings until the claims are resolved. 

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in a related field;
• Fluent in French (C1 minimum) and English (B2);
• Experience in claims management;
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others;
• Capacity to manage deadlines and priorities;
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and stress resilience skills.
