Role Overview:

We are looking for a Communications & Change Manager to join a leading global energy and sustainability company! You will ensure transformations run as smoothly as possible!

What you will do:

• Responsible for developing and planning communication strategies, new campaigns related to Analytics area (new tools, workflows related to GenAI);
• Managing internal communications (memos, newsletters, etc.);
• Creation of scripts for videos of our Data & AI projects;
• Preparation of applications for digital awards, including the creation of PowerPoints, scripts for videos and the rewriting of project petitions for better communication with the non-technical public;
• Acting as a defender of data and AI culture, promoting best practices and success stories within the organization;
• Implementing and evaluating change strategies;
• Promoting connections with different teams to build trust, engagement and credibility about these new concepts, workflows and methodologies related to GenAI area.

What you are like:

• Academic background related to Marketing, HR, Data & Analytics areas or similar;
• Good communications skills;
• Experience with MS office tools;
• Ability to create close relationships with technology and business areas;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Fluency in English is important.
